When is the campsite open?
Panoramic Colmont Campground is open from March 28 through Sept. 28, 2025.
When is the reception open?
The reception is open from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
What time do I have to leave my camping pitch on the day of departure?
You must leave the camping pitch clean at 11:00 a.m. If you’re staying in a safari tent, you must leave the safari tent clean before 10:00 a.m.
From what time can I go to my camping pitch?
You can go to your camping pitch from 12 noon. If you’re staying in a safari tent, you can go to your pitch from 3 p.m.
What is the difference between a standard or comfort pitch?
A Comfort camping pitch has a 10 Ampere power connection, a private water point and sewer connection. A Standard camping pitch has a 6 Ampere power connection.
Can I book a comfort pitch with my ACSI / Pincamp / Best Deal Camping Card / CKE / ADAC discount card?
Comfort pitches are excluded from discount cards. These are also not bookable with discounted rates.
Can I place an extra tent at my camping pitch?
A first additional tent is free. For each extra tent, the rate is €5 per night.
Can I stay at the campsite with my RV?
There are several paved RV pitches spread over the campsite. These RV pitches are suitable for campers without a truck driver’s license. Unfortunately, RVs weighing more than 3,500 kg are not allowed on our campsite.
Can I go to the campground with my double axle?
Double axle drivers are unfortunately not allowed in our campground.
Is there WiFi available on the campsite?
Panorama campsite Colmont has free wireless internet and several WiFi hotspots. If you want to use the network, you must agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Campsite Colmont. Upon arrival you’ll receive the login details you can use to access the free WiFi network. Watching TV or streaming via our network is not allowed.
Are dogs allowed on the campsite?
Dogs are very welcome at Panorama campsite Colmont. Two dogs are allowed per camping pitch.
Are cars allowed on the campsite?
One car is allowed per camping pitch. For an extra car the rate is €5 per day (parking space subject to availability).
Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?
Barbecuing is only allowed on the campsite if you take the necessary precautions. Use a safe barbecue, have fire extinguishers ready and don’t use alcohol to light your barbecue, but use firelighters instead. Fire pits are not allowed on the campsite.
Can I order bread at the campsite?
You can order fresh rolls and croissants every day via the “bread order slip” (available at the reception). Just put the form in the special ‘bread letterbox’ at the reception before 6 p.m. You can then pick up your fresh rolls the next day from 9 a.m.
Can I do some shopping at the campsite?
There is a mini shop where you can buy all the necessary items. For larger groceries you can go to the supermarkets in Voerendaal (4 km away).
Are there costs involved if I’m expecting a visitor or a guest?
Visitors must register at the reception. The visitor fee is €3.00 (no access to the swimming pool). A guest pays €7.50 per night.
Is there a washing machine and dryer available at the campsite?
In the launderette on the campsite you’ll find washing machines, a tumble dryer, ironing board and iron (available at the reception).
Is there a freezer available on the campsite to freeze ice packs?
There is a freezer in the launderette on the campsite that you can use free of charge to freeze your ice packs.
What are the opening hours of the canteen, terrace and snack bar?
During the high season the following opening hours apply:
Canteen and terrace: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Mini shop: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Snack bar: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Opening hours are adjusted in the early and late season
Can I cancel my holiday?
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your holiday, we’ll apply the general terms and conditions as drawn up by RECRON. Different conditions apply to camping than to renting.Learn more on the terms and conditions.
